MyPTS is a help and documentation portal for PTS clients. MyPTS houses User Manuals, How-To Videos, Release Notes and more. The MyPTS website has been phased out, replaced by the MyPTS Desktop App, which contains all resources found on the website and more.

This app is distributed with all PTS applications beginning with the 4.33 release of Legacy and 1.10 release of Platinum. If you use these versions or later, you will not need to run this app separately. It is available from the PTS applications’ Help menu.

If you are a current PTS client and wish to download the MyPTS Desktop App Setup File, complete and submit the form below.

After you register your request will be sent to the site administrator for approval. If you are a current PTS client, your request will be approved (within 24 hours except on weekends and holidays) and you will be sent an email with link and instructions to download the MyPTS Desktop App. If you do not receive your credentials within the time frame, please check your spam folder.
